If a product was damaged during shipping or you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us in an email with an explanation and photo of the product so that we may rectify the situation. We do not offer refunds unfortunately, but will replace damaged items upon approval within 7 days of receiving the item.
